Two of the best bars in the world create signature cocktails with Mataroa in Santo Maris Oia

Mediterranean summer never ends. And furthermore, in Santorini, the sunset is magical all 365 days of the year. Inspired by the summer in the Mediterranean and the most enchanting sunset on earth, two of the best bars in the world took up the task to put all this magic in a glass. 

On Thursday September 19, 2019, The Clumsies bar from Athens (# 7 on the World’s best 50 bars list) and the Candelaria Bar from Paris (# 47 on the same list) will be at the Santo Maris Oia Luxury Suites & Spa Pool Bar, and, on the occasion of the local concept of the luxury hotel, they will create signature cocktails based on Mataroa Mediterranean Dry Gin and the use of Greek raw materials. 

The event becomes even more special thanks to foodpairing: the cocktails will be paired with nibbles made by the culinary team of Santo Maris. 

The Clumsies creative team will be represented by the co-owner and bartender Nikos Bakoulis και the Candelaria bar’s by the bar manager and bartender France Rainteau – the two will be signing the 4 unique cocktails.
