Shall we go back? When Christmas meant anxiety, but only about Santa's gift, waking up at the crack of dawn, but only to say the carols, a feeling of omnipresent joy, and flavors?

Many flavors. Sweet and salty.

Perhaps the only time of the year when no kid would hear the phrase: "Put the sweets down, guests may come and I won't have anything to treat them!". We remembered this time, along with six top chefs and six bartenders, who share with us their favorite recipe, for a sweet or savory dish and a cocktail with Mataroa Gin, creating "couples" in a unique pairing.
