The First ever Salonica Bar Week! Mataroa was there!

It isn’t very often that we get the chance to get together, mix and mingle with the people that have made us the best selling premium Greek gin. This time, the opportunity came through the Salonica Bar Week 2024, the first ever to take place in the second largest Greek city, Thessaloniki, from September 29 to October 4, 2024.

Mataroa Mediterranean Gin was thrilled to take part at this truly spectacular event, welcoming many esteemed guests and friends, among which Alex Kratena, and many others.

About Salonica Bar Week and Salonica Bar Show

Since 2010, the Athens Bar Show has established itself as the most important event for the spirits and bartending industry in Greece, while the Athens Bar Week has been a multi-day journey into the world of drinks and haute cuisine, with some of the best bars in the world taking over the capital.

In 2024, from September 29 to October 4, the corresponding events, experiences, and vibe were “transferred” to Thessaloniki with the organization of the Salonica Bar Show &
Salonica Bar Week for the first time.

Both at the Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF) and throughout the city, leading professionals, major companies, and some of the world’s top bars exhibited, presented, and
celebrated, along with thousands of guests and visitors. The curtain rose with the biggest party in the city: the Salonica Bar Week Opening Party at the T.I.F. (Thessaloniki International Fair venue).
