Love bird

• 60ml Mataroa Pink
• 10 ml White Vermouth
• 6 Fresh Raspberries
• Glass: Martini
• Garnish: 2 fresh raspberries

Method

• Muddle the raspberries into a shaker, add the gin and leave it to rest for 10 minutes.
• Double strain in a stir glass or a second shaker filled with ice.
• Add the vermouth, stir well and strain into the martini glass.
• Garnish with the raspberries and serve.
