How was hospitality affected by the pandemic? @christinafoka bar manager at @internirestaurant is talking about it with the Mataroa Gin team.
I will say that the pandemic has greatly affected our industry but not our mood. We, bartenders, are born “psychologists”, it’s almost within our job description to always find the bright side of things and try to make the person sitting in front of us to forget their pains and sorrows, and have a good time!
So, whatever the pandemic brought to the industry, we shall overcome, and come out of all this mess more creative than ever. And, you know what? Maybe we also discovered aspects of ourselves that we never knew existed!
