Μataroa Gin & Spirits Business Magazine project: Christos Gkolfis

Mataroa Mediterannean Dry Gin has selected 12 bars and bartenders from around the globe -the number of the botanicals distilled to produce our unique Gin.

Their mission: to draw inspiration from the gin’s ingredients and create Mataroa Gin Signature Cocktails.

Every unique story will be published in the print issue of Spirits Business Magazine, and on our website.

Our First Guest is Christos Gkolfis, the founder, owner and bartender at Theosis Bar, in Syros, Greece. Christos created The Chloe, a Signature Cocktail with lemon peels from Egypt as its main ingredient, and name inspired by ancient Greeks.
