This is secret for the perfect cocktail in the words of Hyacinthe Lescoët cofounder of The Cambridge Public House, based in Paris, France.
We asked him to create a Mataroa Mediterranean Dry Gin Signature Cocktail inspired by juniper berries, key ingredient among Mataroa’s botanicals.
The result is Love’s Divine, a cocktail with a truly unique taste, in total accordance with his idea of the perfect spirit based drink.
